We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

What we accept

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return

Contact us at hello@cartelle.com to start your return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions and a prepaid return label by email. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Request an exchange through the same process. Subject to availability, your new item ships once we receive the original.
